  • Cultural destruction of churches and graveyards
  • Colonisation through population transfers by Turkey
  • Missing people – more than 1,000 were ‘disappeared’
  • Apartheid and ethnic segregation
  • Ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity committed by Turkey with impunity
  • Hypocrisy and intransigence by Turkey
  • Violation of United Nations resolutions by Turkey
  • Court judgments disregarded by Turkey
  • Persecution of ‘enclaved’ civilians in occupied north
  • Violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms by Turkey
• Removal of all Turkish troops
• Repatriation of all Turkish colonists
